Abigail Pierre-Louis

Co-Founder and CEO, Boost Your Brand · Miss Heritage Global
"There is a particular kind of co-founder the industry is still learning to name."
Born of Haitian heritage and raised as a first-generation Haitian-American, Abigail Pierre-Louis built her foundation deliberately before building her company. A Gilman Scholar, she holds a business degree from the University of Missouri and a business development certificate from Cornell. Before co-founding Boost Your Brand at 23, she gained sales and marketing experience at a Fortune 200 company directly out of college.
Under her leadership as CEO, and alongside co-founder and President Hannah Smith, BYB has grown past $1.7 million in revenue, producing $80K to $200K in earned media value per campaign or event for a client roster spanning founders, athletes, wellness brands, and cultural organizations. The studio has worked alongside brands including David Yurman, MacKenzie-Childs, Cymbiotika, Invisalign, Academy Sports, IAmSecond, and BuDhaGirl, and has managed marketing for two companies subsequently acquired in eight-figure transactions.
Pierre-Louis currently holds the Miss Heritage Global title and is transitioning into a board role with the organization. Rather than stepping away at the end of her reign, she is stepping in more deliberately, bringing the same influence infrastructure thinking she applies at BYB to help shape what Miss Heritage Global becomes.
She is also developing a public intellectual platform around the ideas that run underneath everything she builds: elegant ambition, institutional femininity, cultural intelligence as leadership currency, and the discipline of building a public presence that accumulates authority rather than eroding it.
